How long will it take for my Wall Decals, Wallpaper or Mural to arrive?
Once your order has been printed and shipped you will receive a tracking number. Canadian deliveries take about 2-7 days.
We ship via the Postal Service which takes about 7 - 10 business days for delivery to the United States, depending on your location. If you need a rush order please let us know and we can arrange it. There will be an additional charge for rush deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship outside Canada and the US, please email us for a delivery quote.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours or placing your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and change/cancellation request.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Wall Decals: Designs that are on our listings can be returned with a 25% restocking fee (determined by the cost of your decal). Once the Wall Decal is received in unused, good condition a refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the decal. Shipping cost and handling cost are not refundable, which means you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Custom Orders: All custom items are printed to order so that means there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – every custom item is a final sale. Custom Wall Decals include, but is not limited to, size changes, direction/orientation, colour changes and personalized monograms. Each of custom orders are cut to your specific order and we will not be able to resell them.
Wallpaper and Murals: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wallpaper or wall murals. Please make sure to read listings carefully, order samples and email us any questions you might have before purchasing to email@example.com
We also cannot be held responsible for application errors during the installation process.
Our Wall Decals, Wallpaper and Wall Murals are easy to apply but require a patience and attention. If a decal, wallpaper or mural has been damaged during installation, unfortunately we cannot give a refund - but that doesn't mean we are not here to help! Simply email us with your concern and we will gladly help out where we can.
My order has arrived but it is damaged
If your Wall Decal, Removable Wallpaper or Wall Mural is damaged or deemed defective, please get in touch and we will sort out getting it shipped back to us and organising a replacement. Please send us a picture of the damaged Wall Decal with your refund request.
